Sandy disrupts US presidential campaign (Video)

Sandy is causing a stir in the US election campaign. President Obama has cancelled campaign rallies to oversee the emergency response from Washington . His Republican rival, Mitt Romney, headed to Ohio to start collecting aid for victims of the storm. Alan Fisher reports from Washington.
